Were were given an image of a sitting/living room interior for the latest challenge at
Time Out Challenges blog, and I chose to use the world map and the colours from the sofa and side table top for my card....I did however keep things simple so that the focus remains on the sentiment and the map...
This is the inspiration image...
I started by heat embossing the map stamp on a white front panel using copper embossing powder...I then sponged Distress Oxide inks to cover the panel...I have used broken china, antique linen and vintage photo shades here...
I sprinkled some water for effect and well as embossed the edges using a double pierced rectangle die..I then adhered this top layer to a white card base...
On a separate piece of cardstock,I stamped and heat embossed the sentiments using copper embossing powder as well and then die cut them and adhered them to the card front using foam squares...
Finally I used a few copper and blue sequins to embellish my card..
Thank you so much for visiting my blog today...Hope you will have a great day ahead....!!
