This card would have been a simple black and white card but I added a bit of bright red just to make it eye catching....
The card base is plain black.....the top layer is white which has been stamped and heat embossed with black embossing powder...I then added a thin strip of black glitter cardstock and a strip of silver card at the base of the top layer...and stamped the sentiment at the top in red ink...
I rounded all the corners of the top layer and card base before attaching it.....and finally I added a few red rhinestones on the card....
