I am really enjoying using acetate in my projects these days....here is another one with an acetate layer...
I die cut an olive green tag and made a dotted border all around the tag with a white gel pen....then I die cut the same tag from the acetate sheet....I placed this on top of the green base tag....I also stamped the girl and boy holding balloons on acetate tag with white ink...
The ribbon holds both the tags together nicely so there was no need for any adhesives...
